Are the positions remote?
Yes. Every role we post is remote: you work from your home country in Latin America with a client based in the United States, during that client's business hours.
Who can apply?
Professionals living in Latin America with professional English (most roles are bilingual English and Spanish) and experience in the area of the role. Each posting lists its own requirements, countries and schedule.
What happens after I apply?
If your profile matches, a Purple recruiter will contact you for a first conversation and, from there, interviews with Purple and with the client. We stay with you through the process and after the hire, with ongoing check-ins.
Does Purple charge candidates?
