5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following situations:
5.1 Service providers. We use third party tools to run our business, including email marketing, website hosting, analytics, scheduling, storage and applicant tracking. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms. They currently include Mailchimp (email marketing and contact management), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (scheduling through Google Calendar, and Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement), along with the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels.
5.2 Clients. If you apply as a candidate, we may share your profile and application materials with the client considering you for a role. We will not share your details with a client without your knowledge.
5.3 Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
5.4 Business transfers. If our business is merged, acquired or sold, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. International Transfers
We operate between Latin America and the United States, and our service providers may store or process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information during these transfers.
